As the Owner and Clinical Director of Therapy4Kids, I am passionate about creating a space where children and families can access exceptional care, and therapists can thrive in a supportive and inspiring environment. Since 2015, I’ve transformed Therapy4Kids from a small physiotherapy service into a thriving multi-disciplinary practice, offering a wide range of physical and mental health services for babies, children, and young people.
I graduated with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa) in 2002 and have worked extensively in both public and private sectors. Since moving to the UK in 2005, I have gained valuable experience in the NHS, treating children in acute hospital settings, community services, and special needs schools. In addition to my clinical work, I have played an active role in service development and have significant experience in supervising and mentoring physiotherapists and students.
At Therapy4Kids, I lead our in-service training programmes, provide clinical supervision, and support the professional growth of our therapists. My commitment to nurturing and developing my team ensures that we deliver the highest standards of care while remaining at the forefront of paediatric physiotherapy.
Clinically, I specialise in treating babies and children with a wide range of conditions. I adopt a holistic approach to therapy, addressing not only the child’s physical needs but also considering the wider impact on their family and everyday life. My extensive training in neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, child development, whole-body biomechanical alignment, and sensory integration enables me to offer personalised, evidence-based care tailored to each child’s needs.
