Show the impact of your care
Show the impact of your care with Data for Impact
Data for Impact helps independent physiotherapy clinics understand outcomes, track patient progress and demonstrate the quality of their care.
It gives clinicians and clinic owners a clearer way to evidence best practice, support patient conversations and contribute to the wider picture of private physiotherapy.
Start with the outcome
This is not simply about collecting data. The purpose is to give your clinic something useful back: better insight, clearer outcome tracking, benchmarking and evidence that supports quality improvement.
Dashboard development
The dashboard is being developed to help clinics view outcomes, explore indicators, filter by patient groups and compare data alongside wider network information.
For busy clinicians, this means the data can become part of the clinical conversation, rather than sitting separately from day-to-day practice.
What does success look like?
Data for Impact is designed to help you move from “we know we provide good care” to being able to show it more clearly.
Better patient insight
Use patient responses to understand how someone is progressing and where support may need to be adapted.
More meaningful conversations
Use outcome information to help patients see progress, understand their care and stay engaged with treatment.
Evidence of quality
Build a clearer picture of the quality and impact of the care delivered within your clinic.
Future benchmarking
As the dashboard develops, use clinic-level insight to compare and understand trends across wider network information.
Important update for existing QAP and QAC holders
If you currently hold QAP or QAC status through the previous Data for Impact process, your status remains unchanged for the time being.
Keele University are reviewing and strengthening the quality framework so future quality measures are robust, meaningful and evidence-based.
We know the transition to the new platform, dashboard development and practice management system integrations have taken longer than originally anticipated. Members will not be disadvantaged because of these delays.
Existing QAP and QAC status will remain in place until the new quality framework and assessment process are fully developed and available to all members.
Please continue to input your data as much as you can.
