As private physiotherapists we know it is currently a challenge to recruit and retain suitably qualified and experienced staff into our practices.

This is the opportunity to discuss with our community of  Physio First members how to integrate recently qualified physios into our clinics, and how to provide them with a nurturing and supportive experience that will help them be successful private practitioners.

We will share ideas, ask questions, and hopefully come up with some novel solutions that will help anyone in this situation.
