This page gives you a simple, step-by-step guide to using your Physio First e-store. It covers how to order clinic consumables at wholesale prices, how to set up your patient e-store, and how to recommend products quickly and safely.

1. Ordering clinic consumables (wholesale pricing)
  • Log in to the Physio First website
  • Go to Benefits → Your online e-store
  • Select Order clinic consumables
  • Browse categories such as bed rolls, infection control, braces and rehab equipment
  • Add items to your basket and check out

Everything is delivered directly to your clinic at wholesale prices.

2. Setting up your patient e-store

Use this if you want to recommend products to your patients and earn commission.

  • From the e-store page, select Set up your patient e-store
  • Enter your clinic name, address, email and mobile
  • Tick VAT registered only if this applies to you
  • Add bank details if you want commission paid to you
  • Accept the terms and submit
  • Check your email for the verification link and your login details

Your e-store goes live once you click the verification link.

3. Logging in to your e-store admin (Connect)

Connect is your admin area where you manage your e-store.

  • Open your e-store public page (your unique URL)
  • Scroll to the bottom and select Connect admin
  • Log in with the details sent to you by email
  • Update your clinic information and upload your logo
  • Check or update bank details
  • View sales and commission reports
4. Recommending a product to a patient

This is the feature clinics use most often.

  • In Connect, select Recommend product
  • Search for the product or browse categories
  • Select size/colour if required
  • Confirm the cart to create your personalised link
  • Edit the message if you want to personalise it
  • Send by email, or copy/paste the link into your clinic software

Patients access a pre-filled cart, making it simple to buy the correct item.

5. Re-sending or re-using recommendations
  • In Connect, go to Recommendation history
  • Select Reuse to send the same items again
  • Select Resend to remind the same patient
6. Troubleshooting and quick fixes

I haven’t received my login email

Check your junk folder. If still missing, contact the Physio First office.

Patients cannot open the link

Ask them to copy and paste the link into their browser. Re-send if needed.

I’m not sure if my commission has been paid

In Connect, view the Reseller payment deposit report for payment history.
