A few Painless Practice clients have this to say:
‘Working with Celia Champion of Painless Practice has made a huge difference to my company. In 12 months I feel less overwhelmed, far more in control and I have a plan in place. I have learned to deal with 1 thing at a time and I know my numbers, both of these have been crucial in pushing my business forward and growing my team. The other business owners that I have had the pleasure to work with through the Mastery Programme have also been a great support network. I thoroughly recommend Painless Practice and The Mastery Programme for any business owner feeling unsure or overwhelmed or struggling to plan and move their business forward’ Lorna, Positive Steps.
‘Getting business support from Painless Practice over the last couple of years has been one of the best business decisions I've made. It has given me the structure and accountability I've needed, and it has challenged my approach to running my business now and how I would like it to run in the future. This has resulted in a better work-life balance for me, improved processes and systems, a more legally and financially robust business and a significantly higher level of turnover and profitability. Celia and her team are a consistent source of sensible, pragmatic and logical advice. The opportunity to share and problem solve together with other business owners has also been incredibly useful.’ Kenny, Neuro Physio Scotland
‘Welcome to a toolbox for running a therapy business. Celia’s mastery course identifies monthly themes to develop your business further. The mastery group has really forced us to think about the way we run our business and how we can better look after our business, team and clients both now and in the future. There is a huge amount to help you grow. The ability to have regular teaching sessions, monthly personalised coaching sessions, regular Q&A sessions and monthly book club.
The peer support offered by Celia and the other mastery members is great and offers a supportive and constructive environment to learn in. I wish we could have had this course 10 years ago when we started our business. What are you waiting for? Running a business is hard enough. Doing it on your own is even harder. Come and join us, take some of the weight off and let’s grow together!’ Nigel and Lisa, Jersey Sports and Spinal Clinic
