Managing Staff and Associates for Success
Provided by Painless Practice
Most practitioners have received little or no management training making it feel very challenging to manage and motivate their team. Finding the right staff is becoming more and more challenging and practice owners often feel ill-equipped in the skill of retaining staff.
Take a day out of your practice and learn how to work better as a team to achieve your business objectives. Learn how to define key performance areas and indicators in line with your practice goals. Learn how to set and manage expectations; how to have motivational and effective 1-2-1’s, and how to have difficult conversations.
You’ll leave the workshop feeling confident about motivating and managing your team and you’ll have a plan in place to do so pro-actively.
Who is this particular course suitable for?

‘Once again Celia has provided a practical and informative workshop. As health professionals we are aware of how little we know about managing staff and today has helped to show me how to start improving my staff’s engagement and efficiency’
‘If you manage people then this is one day you can’t afford to miss.’
‘This course gave me some structure to use when resolving conflict or underperformance issues. I found the suggested format for 1-2-1 reviews very helpful – especially for associates. I feel these helpful tips will help me manage my staff better.’
These courses are provided as part of our commercial strategic partnership with Physio First – working together to create a network of well-managed profitable clinics across the UK.
