Creating a Returning and Referring Practice - provided by Painless Practice
This workshop is designed to help you increase patient numbers and work more effectively as a team. It’s an opportunity to take time out of your busy working day to assess how your patients see your practice and how you can make cost-effective, easy to implement changes to encourage patients to return when they need further treatment and also refer family, friends and colleagues to you.
During this full day workshop we’ll look at the non-clinical patient journey, explore ways to strengthen your returning and referring culture and how you (and your team if you have one!) can work more effectively.
By encouraging patients to complete their recommended treatment plan, return to you with different ailments AND refer others to your practice, you’ll create a busier more successful practice. In this workshop you’ll learn about building rapport, easy ways to generate a returning and referring culture amongst patients, and best practice in managing the process.
At the end of the day you’ll have a fresh perspective on your practice and new, cost-effective ideas with an action plan on how and when to implement them.
During the workshop, we’ll be focusing on the following three areas:
The Patient Experience:
- Understanding the patient journey and areas of influence
- Standards and wow factors
Setting and managing expectations:
- Optimising patient visits – the importance of patient buy-in to full treatment
- The role of an on-going relationship with patients
Establishing a referring culture:
- Listening for and creating opportunities
- Implementing a process to generate results
At the end of the workshop, you will have an action plan to follow that will encourage patients to complete treatments and refer others to your practice. Whether you are just starting out or have been in practice for years, you will leave the workshop feeling energised and brimming with ideas to improve your practice.
