Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just look through our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
We accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and debit card payments.
All course rates may be subject to the addition of VAT at the prevailing rates.
If you prefer you can order over the telephone or by mail.

CANCELLATION CHARGES POLICY
More than 10 weeks before the course date 25% charge
10 – 6 weeks - 50% charge
6 – 4 weeks - 75% charge
4 weeks or less - NO REFUND

Physio First reserves the right to change venue, cancel (or reschedule) a course at any time with full refund. In this case, course fees will be fully refunded to the attendee but the Physio First is not responsible for travel, hotel or other expenses incurred.

Tax Charges VAT at the current rate of 20% is payable on all courses
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy Physio First does not disclose your information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
